Are you an experienced PCV Driving Instructor who would like to train the next generation of Go North West bus drivers? You could be part of Go North West’s rapidly growing training team which is responsible for delivering the highest quality bus drivers to Manchester’s Bee Network. We’re looking for the best and brightest experienced PCV Driving Instructors to join our expanding Elite Driver Training team.
As one of our PCV Driving Instructors, you will be tasked with training new starters to acquire their Category D driving licence, as well as work on a broad spectrum of training and recruitment activities as part of a friendly team, helping to deliver a regular stream of new, competently trained PCV drivers for all Go North West’s depots.
What we’re looking for:
- A passion for delivering safe and professional driver tuition
- An experienced PCV driving instructor with a proven track record of success
- A natural ability to assess complex situations calmly and provide the most appropriate response
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to react quickly in complex, high pressure situations
- Applicants must hold a full Cat D UK driving licence (minimum of three years) and, ideally, a valid PCV CPC
