Our Company: Join GO MAMMOTH - the largest "Social Sports" provider in the UK, delivering hundreds of adult sports leagues every week. From traditional Netball & Football leagues to Dodgeball, Basketball, Volleyball, Softball, Rounders and many more. We’re truly passionate about getting people more active and social, ditching their phones and reminding them that the REAL fun still exists offline with friends.
The Opportunity:
- Day to day operational support & account management of suppliers
- Scheduling and managing referees and umpires for every game
- Liaising with venue partners for pitch bookings
- Analysing and actioning customer feedback
- Member retention and issue resolution
The candidate:
- Outgoing, "can do" attitude, happy rolling your sleeves up!
- Analytical, detail focused and action orientated
- Love picking up the phone and making things happen
- Comfortable working in a high pressured environment
- Very organised, with awesome people skills
- Have an interest in team sports and enjoy the journey more than the destination
