Our Company: Join GO MAMMOTH - the largest "Social Sports" provider in the UK, delivering hundreds of adult sports leagues every week. From traditional Netball & Football leagues to Dodgeball, Basketball, Volleyball, Softball, Rounders and many more. The Opportunity:
- Day to day operational support & account management of suppliers
- Scheduling and managing referees and umpires for every game
- Liaising with venue partners for pitch bookings
- Analysing and actioning customer feedback
- Member retention and issue resolution
The candidate:
- Outgoing, "can do" attitude, happy rolling your sleeves up!
- Analytical, detail focused and action orientated
- Love picking up the phone and making things happen
- Comfortable working in a high pressured environment
- Very organised, with awesome people skills
- Have an interest in team sports and enjoy the journey more than the destination
