GO Mammoth, the UK's largest provider of adult sports, are looking for a highly reliable and enthusiastic event executive to support with day-to-day running of corporate events over the summer months starting May 2024.
About GO Mammoth: Alongside weekly sports leagues, we organise corporate events over the summer. These are large sports days for clients across London ranging from more ‘old school’ sports days to inflatable fun days and multi sports days!
Responsibilities:
- Practical support for our corporate events including driving a small van with our sports day equipment from our office in Wandsworth to our events around London.
- Act as a GO Mammoth representative during the sports days, assisting our event presenters with activities.
- Assisting with packing up of events and driving equipment back to our office in Wandsworth.
- Working closely with our Corporate Event Manager to facilitate the smooth organisation of our events.
- Assisting with event sales processes and admin.
Requirements:
- 21 years and over.
- Full UK drivers licence for at least 1 year.
- Confident driving a small van through central London.
- Reliable, engaging and friendly persona.
- Must be able to regularly commit to events throughout May, June, July, August and September.
- Preferred: Previous experience in sports - coaching/refereeing experience preferred.
- Lives near southwest London / close proximity to Wandsworth.
Working hours:
- 6 month fixed term contract (May-September).
- Monday - Friday.
- Hours will vary depending on event timings.
- You will be expected to work midweek evenings on occasion.
