Corporate Events Manager (Sports)

** 6 month Fixed Term Contract March – September 2026 **

Company

GO Mammoth, the UK\’s largest provider of recreational team sports, are looking for an experienced, reliable and enthusiastic event manager to support with day‑to‑day running of corporate events over the summer months . These are team building sports days for clients across London ranging from ‘old school’ sports days to inflatable fun days and multi sports days!

Responsibilities

• Nurturing and closing incoming sales leads for events
• Running virtual meetings with clients to design their event package
• Preparing event packages and quotes for the client
• Acting as central point of contact with client through whole process
• Assisting on the day with event delivery
• Helping with setting up and packing down of events
• Driving event equipment from our office to/from the event

Requirements

• 21 years and over
• Full UK drivers licence for at least 1 year
• Experience of selling and delivering events
• Reliable, engaging and friendly personality
• Must be able to commit to events throughout May, June,July, August
• Fixed term contract (working full‑time during this period)
