About the role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the person our clients rely on. Your main priority is helping the business set up, manage and grow client accounts and their campaigns, making sure every client gets a service they want to stay for.
What you will be doing
- Acting as the main point of contact for your assigned clients
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships across clients and internal teams
- Making sure clients receive the services they have requested, on time
- Communicating client needs clearly back into the business
- Forecasting and tracking account metrics for each client
- Managing projects within client relationships, delivering on client goals while meeting company goals
- Coordinating with colleagues working on the same accounts to keep service consistent
- Working with the sales team to spot opportunities to grow each account
- Managing multiple clients at once, often to tight deadlines
- Keeping accurate records of client activity
What we are looking for
- A track record of client-focused problem solving
- The ability to translate client needs into clear actions for internal teams
- A talent for influencing and guiding client decisions
- Comfortable juggling several projects and relationships at the same time
- Solid negotiation, listening and communication skills
- Confident presenting to clients
