We are looking for a reliable and practical Office & Admin Assistant to support daily business operations. This is a hands-on role. You will help keep the office organised and running smoothly while also assisting with admin, outreach, and general business tasks. You must be comfortable doing a mix of physical tasks and computer-based work.
Responsibilities
- Keeping the office clean and organised (including bins, tidiness, and general upkeep)
- Managing emails and responding professionally
- Contacting influencers and brands via email and social media
- Assisting with social media coordination and outreach
- Helping prepare and organise filming days
- Running local errands when required
- Updating spreadsheets and basic CRM systems
- Assisting with daily business tasks as directed
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English
- Confident using technology (email, Google Docs, spreadsheets, social media platforms)
- Organised and proactive
- Able to follow instructions and work independently
- Professional when communicating with clients and partners
- Comfortable doing both office cleaning and admin work
