The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 Β£ per year.
This is an operational role that will support the delivery, evaluation and optimisation of our marketing activities. You will support the Head of Marketing in a team to deliver marketing campaigns across all four divisions of the Go Inspire Group, as well as for the Go Inspire brand. Whilst your skills in digital will complement the role, a passion for creativity, design and writing skills will support your outputs well.
We have 2 sites, one in Leicester and one in Kettering you should live within a commutable distance and be willing to travel to either site. Hybrid working optional.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Head of Marketing with the execution and post-performance analysis of the group-wide marketing plan
- Be instrumental in the day to day running of email campaigns, social media, paid ads, CRM and our website
- Work closely with our external marketing partners
- Manage and create the relevant and engaging digital content for our digital platforms
- Work closely with our Group Bids & Marketing Manager, to create and execute relevant, topical, and targeted content for social media, with a particular focus on video
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure best practice across the group of our new marketing automation platforms
- Report on the performance of campaigns and work with the Head of Marketing to optimise operations
- Support in planning and execution of events such as webinars, seminars, and customer events
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on quality
- Ability to work reactively and at speed in a quick turnaround environment, adapting to changing priorities
- A quick learner
- Some design and copywriting experience preferable
- Video editing skills preferable
- Minimum 2 years experience in a digital marketing role
- Educated to degree level
- Strong communication skills
- Be able to work as part of a team and provide input as required
- Martech, marketing customer communications or agency experience preferable
