Go Inspire is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead a pod of Account Managers while owning a portfolio of key customer relationships — driving projects seamlessly from concept to completion in partnership with teams across the business and trusted external suppliers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the Team
    • Coach, support, and develop a pod of Account Managers, including structured onboarding for new starters
    • Run regular 1:1s, check-ins, and annual reviews, setting clear objectives and development plans
    • Monitor workload and quality against an agreed delegation matrix, stepping in on risk and removing blockers
    • Lead account health reviews across the team's portfolio, owning recovery plans where needed
  • Relationships & Communication
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, delivering world-class service
    • Hold regular customer meetings to review performance, pipeline, and opportunities
    • Provide customers with regular business and industry updates, plus technical guidance to help them achieve their goals
  • Project Delivery
    • Ensure every project is delivered OTIF (on time, in full) and to exact customer specifications
    • Own project schedules end-to-end, communicating changes promptly and managing expectations
    • Maintain accurate MIS records, raise POs, and issue clear work instructions to internal teams and suppliers
  • Commercial & Growth
    • Identify, agree, and document additional costs for invoicing, and invoice projects within agreed KPIs
    • Partner with Sales and Leadership to protect existing business and drive account growth
    • Champion continuous improvement by gathering and acting on feedback across the business

Requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience building senior stakeholder relationships and leading/coaching a team (e.g. using frameworks like GROW)
  • Confident negotiator and communicator, with sound judgement on delegation and escalation
  • Strong planning, prioritisation, and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Resilient under pressure, flexible, and a genuine team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn internal systems
