As an Inline Operator you will run enclosing machines within the Enclosing department and maintain KPI’s.
Our Inline Operator will ideally have the following skills:
- Experience within a Direct Mail environment (minimum 1 year)
- Experience with Sitma (SM15), CMC & Bowe fusion
- 100% understanding and experience of working with 100% procedures
- Computer literate and numerate
- Be able to work under own initiative
- Have a high attention to detail
- It would be advantageous to have an understanding on SM15 technology including cameras, matching, selective and read/print
Main duties will include:
- Working to exact 100% procedures delivering the highest standards of integrity
- Following all quality procedures and ensure that work is to an acceptable standard
- Controlling and reporting output of daily work
- Controlling the management of Sitma files ensuring that all exports are completed to ensure that all remakes are captured with 100% accuracy
- Working as a team with the other Operators to ensure the smooth running of the department i.e. maintaining great communication during shift handovers
