Position:
- To be responsible for Transactional and DM stock maintaining accurate stock levels and reporting.
- To integrate the physical stock actions, quantities and holding within a suite of MIS, DEV and computerised programs.
- Provides day-to-day accountability for supply inventories, monitoring volumes, flow, and sourcing.
- Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS).
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possess excellent personal organization and business administration skills by best practice methods.
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products.
- Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to interact effectively with various levels of personnel, and able to thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
- Three years of related Materials Management experience.
- Formal training in Lean/Six Sigma or similar process improvement programs is preferred.
Main Duties and Targets:
- Ensure the Stock Control Department is well organised and controlled sufficiently to be able to support the Picking Teams.
- Manage assigned inventories through daily, weekly, monthly, and annual physical counts.
- Maintain current Materials Management Information System database.
- Collaborate with operations personnel to ensure inventory is accurate and complete.
- Perform inventory cleanup by reviewing the Serialized Inventory report for inaccuracies as well as monitoring Site Transfers.
- Handle adjustments/reconfigurations of units on order and in the inventory.
- Manage and create visibility for manufacturer delivery dates.
- Reviews inventory transactions for abnormalities and works to resolve system discrepancies or change inadequate processes.
- Work with product managers to manage order writing period windows and create stock orders.
- Manage and maintain the new attachment inventory.
- Distributes daily/weekly/monthly reports to appropriate personnel.
