The purpose of this role is to support the Logistics Manager while carrying out relative transport administrative duties and booking and scheduling daily transportation of printed goods.

  • Booking in of all deliveries in conjunction with transport companies.
  • Book all transport requirements ensuring optimum prices for all deliveries.
  • Create delivery details report daily.
  • Create Booking sheets for all Hauliers.
  • Create Transport sheet each day.
  • Ensure jobs are completed on Technique when PODs are returned when necessary.
  • Complete Matrix price and raise Purchase Orders for all transport, ensuring you have Manager sign off.
  • Cross reference with Job bags / Halo.
  • Raise Purchase Orders for orders required by Manager.
  • Chase and ensure delivery of all PODs.
