A fantastic opportunity has become available for an ambitious individual to join our energetic and friendly Accounts team. If you want to progress and develop your career within a corporate environment, Go Green will provide the platform and support whilst developing your skills and offering all the necessary training to achieve your goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Efficient and timely processing and inputting of invoice and ticketing data with a high level of accuracy
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Dealing with queries (both internally and externally) via phone and email
- Work individually and collectively to improve departmental KPIs
- Ensure timely payment to suppliers and adherence to terms and credit limits
- Manage own workload and assist with the wider team, where required, to ensure monthly deadlines are met
- Strive for continuous improvement and ways to streamline processes
- Keep all ledgers clean and tidy
- General accounting and administrative tasks
Experience Required:
Previous experience in a similar role.
