A fantastic opportunity has become available for an ambitious individual to join our energetic and friendly Accounts team. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Keeping mailboxes up to date.
- Logging customer disputes.
- Raising customer credits.
- Allocating payments.
- Requesting, uploading and reconciling supplier statements.
- Efficient and timely processing and inputting of invoices and credits with a high level of accuracy.
- Assisting with accruals, including negative accruals.
- Additional administrative tasks.
Essential Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing invoices, credits and payments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships internally and externally.
- Organised and able to arrange multiple and mailboxes effectively.
- Ability to work independently whilst also contributing as part of the team.
- Good problem-solving skills and confidence handling customer disputes and queries.
- Ability to work to deadlines and departmental targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong administrative and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Confident using systems to reconcile accounts, upload information and maintain records.
Experience Required
- Experience in administrative, invoice processing and working to deadlines would be highly advantageous.
