Duties & Responsibilities:
- To support account managers with customer bookings such as new deliveries, exchanges, removals, and resolving issues on site, asking relevant questions and information in order to action accordingly.
- Dealing with varied requests from the mailbox.
- Accurately maintain, file, and assign emails within the shared inbox in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate the ability to organise and coordinate with other team members to complete all tasks with minimal mistakes.
- Complete and contribute to all administrative tasks displayed on the daily work planner.
- Confidently resolve blocked tickets and process basic disputes and amendments, adhering to the targeted time frames.
- Amendments including any administrative charge ups.
- Fully understanding the individual customer requirements.
- Complete administrative reports and spreadsheets.
