Ihre Aufgaben:
- Planung der tÀglichen Kurierfahrten und Touren
- Disposition und Koordination unserer Kurierfahrer:innen
- Erstellung von Dienst- und EinsatzplÀnen
- Ăberwachung und Einhaltung von Lieferterminen
- Organisation der Be- und Entladung der Fahrzeuge
- TĂ€gliche Einsatzplanung der verfĂŒgbaren Fahrzeuge
- Vor- und Nachbereitung der Touren
- Erfassung und Verwaltung von AuftrÀgen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Teamkolleg:innen und anderen Schnittstellen
- Allgemeine administrative TĂ€tigkeiten
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmÀnnische Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung in der Logistikbranche von Vorteil (kein Muss)
- Gute geografische Kenntnisse (wĂŒnschenswert, aber kein Muss)
- OrganisationsstÀrke, Stressresistenz und Multitasking-FÀhigkeit
- KommunikationsstÀrke und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Word und Excel
- Quereinsteiger gerne erwĂŒnscht
