The Head of Tax is responsible for leading the global tax strategy, governance, compliance and risk management framework of Cadillac F1® Team. The role ensures the Group meets all tax obligations across multiple jurisdictions while supporting the commercial and operational objectives of a high-growth F1® organisation. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Head of Tax provides strategic tax leadership across corporate transactions, international operations, employment taxes, transfer pricing, indirect taxes, tax technology and regulatory compliance.
