If you’re someone who likes to settle into a good team, knows your way around parts, and enjoys a role where you can get on with your day and do things properly, this could be a great fit. You’ll be joining a small team of three who’ve been together a long time - they know their stuff, they support each other, and they’re looking for someone who wants to become part of that rhythm.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identifying the correct parts using commercial vehicle schematics and vehicle numbers
  • Quoting customers and organising deliveries
  • Checking stock and keeping everything accurate
  • Helping with goods in/goods out when needed - small team, so everyone mucks in
  • Answering all calls within three rings
  • Working towards a daily team target - hit it and you earn an extra £10-£15 per day. If a day is missed, it can be made up through the monthly target — and those days get paid once the month balances out.

Hours & Shifts:

  • 45-hour week
  • Early, mid, and late shifts between 6am–6pm
  • 9-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch
  • Paid Overtime available

Qualifications:

  • Parts experience - automotive is absolutely fine, it doesn’t have to be commercial
  • Confident on the phone and comfortable speaking with customers
  • Someone who enjoys being part of a team and likes consistency in their work
  • A reliable, steady person who wants a workplace they can stay in and feel valued

Benefits:

  • A long-standing team with loads of knowledge and a genuinely supportive atmosphere
  • A workplace where people feel looked after and enjoy coming in each day
  • Modern office with great amenities nearby
  • 20 days holiday plus public holidays, rising to 25 with service
  • Regular social opportunities, including company football events
