An established dealership group is looking to recruit experienced HGV Technicians to work an alternating early/late shift pattern. This suits technicians who prefer structured variety across the week while maintaining consistent hours and strong earning potential.

The Role

  • Servicing, maintaining, and repairing HGVs to a high standard
  • Diagnosing faults using modern diagnostic equipment
  • Carrying out MOT preparation and inspections
  • Completing all job cards and documentation accurately
  • Maintaining high levels of workmanship in a fast-paced environment

Shift Pattern (Alternating Weekly)

  • Early Shift: Monday – Friday: 6:00am – 3:00pm; Saturday: 7:00am – 12:00pm
  • Late Shift: Monday – Friday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Ideal for experienced HGV Technicians looking for a stable role with structured shifts, solid pay, and a professional working environment.

Essential:

  • Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • IMI (Institute of the Motor Industry) qualification/accreditation
  • Proven experience across all aspects of HGV maintenance and repair
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Own Tool kit

Desirable:

  • IRTEC accreditation
  • HGV/PSV License

£21.79 per hour. Overtime paid at time and a half. 20 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service). Ongoing training and development opportunities.
