Due to continued investment and growth, another exciting opportunity for a helpdesk administrator has arisen. This role is ideal for someone with helpdesk experience or a willingness to be trained in a dynamic, upcoming business with a drive to progress further. Go-Fix Mechanical and Drainage Services provides drainage vacuum tanker and other maintenance services for a broad range of clients in central London and the south of England.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a high standard of work with excellent customer service
- Work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Prioritise workloads; multitasking is essential in our fast‑paced, reactive helpdesk
- Excellent organisational skills, able to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Excellent telephone manner
- Great communication skills – able to deal with customers at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Outlook and Word
- Able to pick up new processes, retain and process information
- Work as part of a team and carry out a variety of tasks
- Work independently as well as taking direction from others, managing time effectively and efficiently
