MEP Project Director to lead and oversee multiple complex Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic project management, ensuring the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of MEP projects, from planning to execution and close-out.
  • Develop and implement project strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards throughout all projects.
  • Mentor and lead project managers and other team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an MEP Project Director or senior management role within the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing industry.
  • Experience of dealing with projects over the value of 20 Million.
  • Extensive knowledge of MEP systems, construction processes, and project management methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction management, or related fields.
  • Commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
