Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within the construction or mechanical services industry
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC and plant equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency with estimation software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering, construction, or related fields are desirable
