What you'll be getting stuck into:

  • Handling a high volume of invoices on an industry bespoke system - spotting any anomalies and making sure everything lands where it should
  • Raising claims with manufacturers
  • Digging into any claim discrepancies and figuring out what's gone wrong
  • Chatting with customers over phone and email about job updates, charges, and anything else they need
