Go Create Care Hampshire is offering exciting opportunities to join our unique vocational, work-based skills organisation. We are a service for adults with autism, mental health issues, and learning disabilities, driven by a desire to deliver better life outcomes for individuals often excluded from mainstream society and stigmatised because of their illness or disability.
We have a dedicated team with over 25 years of experience and expertise in the care sector. We are committed to ensuring that individuals with disabilities are treated with fairness and respect, providing Service Users with the opportunity to lead independent and fulfilled lives through the use of self-management skills.
This candidate will be working with vulnerable adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health issues in a rural environment based in the Southdowns National Park. The chosen candidates will be teaching employable skills in woodwork, horticulture, horse husbandry, and animal care on our 5-acre rural training centre.
As part of the role, the candidate may be given a company car to assist with our pick-up and drop-off service provided to the individuals who use our service each day. No qualifications or previous experience in the care sector are required, as selected candidates will be trained by our staff team and provided with training courses.
Requirements include a full UK driver's licence, reliability, a caring nature, and self-motivation. Candidates must be over the age of 25.
We are looking for candidates to start in July/August 2025, but we can be flexible with start dates.
