This is a contract-based remote role for a VMware/Broadcom VCI Instructor who is fluent in Japanese. The instructor will deliver official VMware/Broadcom training to students and professionals in a virtual & live environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing training materials
- Facilitating engaging learning sessions
- Assessing participant progress
- Providing feedback to support skill development
Effective communication and teaching techniques are essential for ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
Qualifications:
- It is mandatory that you must hold a valid VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification.
- Proficiency in Japanese with strong communication skills and the ability to engage learners effectively.
- Solid understanding of course content structure.
- Proven experience or certification in VMware and/or Broadcom training programs.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to different learning styles.
- Familiarity with virtual training tools and platforms.
- Relevant teaching/training certification(s) is a plus.
- It is highly desirable that you have already passed the VMware Instructor Certification Workshop (ICW). This 5-day workshop, however we will provide all necessary training to become a VCI.
