We give our customers total flexibility to choose the experiences, tours and activities they want to visit at incredible savings. Backed by a highly successful Private Equity firm Exponent and headquartered in Covent Garden, London, the business is highly profitable with 3+ million customers globally. We have ambitious plans to leverage these capabilities to drive the business’ continued growth.
We listen to our customers, our partners and our team, to help improve our business every day. Go City helps travellers see the world their way - flexible, fun, and full of discovery whilst saving them money. We’re a global travel brand with a bold mission: to make exploring the world smart & effortless. But we’re ready to take things further - to turn a great brand into an iconic one.
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer + Animator to join our Brand and Creative team. You’ll be at the heart of redefining Go City’s visual identity — sharpening our design systems, injecting energy into how we show up in motion, and helping to build a more cohesive, creative, and collaborative design culture across teams.
You’ll be hands‑on, strategic, and a natural collaborator - equally comfortable concepting a campaign, crafting world‑class animation, creating impactful edits from UGC or helping refine our brand guidelines so they truly sing across marketing & comms.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the creative development of projects across brand, digital, social, and campaign channels — from concept to delivery.
- Elevate Go City’s motion language: from playful transitions and scroll animations to full-blown brand films.
- Bring a unified, distinctive visual voice to everything we make — ensuring design and animation always reflect our brand spirit.
- Collaborate across marketing, product, and regional teams to deliver creative that connects globally and locally.
- Work with our Creative Director to evolve and systemise our design processes — improving workflows, consistency, and collaboration.
- Mentor and inspire our designers to think more boldly and visually.
- Stay curious — exploring new tools, trends, and techniques that keep Go City at the forefront of design and motion.
- 6+ years’ experience in brand, design, or creative environments — agency or in‑house.
- A portfolio that blends beautiful design craft with exceptional motion and animation work.
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and layout across digital and social platforms, most notably Paid Social ads & Email flows.
- Experience with YouTube, Out of Home and Direct Mail aren’t mandatory but are nice to have.
- Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, and Adobe CC (Figma, Blender, or Cinema4D a plus).
- Strong grasp of branding systems and how to scale them globally.
- A collaborative mindset - you thrive on working with marketers, writers, and developers alike.
- Strong interpretive capabilities that allow you to work with initiative and not require exhaustive specs.
- Energy, curiosity, and the drive to make a lasting mark on a growing global brand.
- Annual Go City Explorer Pass allowance
- Enhanced pension contributions. (5% employer)
- Life assurance: 4x your base salary
- Time off: Annual leave: 25 days
