Key Responsibilities
- Join our small but passionate People team to deliver a first-class employee experience. We don’t take a traditional HR approach. We design simple, thoughtful solutions that meet our people’s needs and align with our business strategy.
- Own the day-to-day of people operations, bringing strong tech and data literacy, and a mindset for continuous improvement.
- Build scalable, efficient processes that support how we work today and where we’re going next.
What you’ll do
- Systems and automation: Own and optimise the HR tech stack (including Humaans & Pinpoint) through automation and AI enablement. Build automated workflows and templates that remove the admin and scale effectively across our global team. Ensure accuracy of our people data, using it to track progress and generate actionable insights for ExCo.
- People operations: Manage the employee lifecycle end-to-end. Own the execution of cyclical people processes, including goal setting, engagement surveys, and performance management. Maintain up-to-date policies, processes and guides.
- People projects: Actively involved in the design of our EVP, including the launch and embedding of our values. Own and support projects on our People roadmap, from design to completion, ensuring they deliver impact.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Hands-on people operations experience in a fast-moving startup.
- Proven experience designing and optimising the People tech stack.
- Practical knowledge of employment law and best practices.
- Demonstrable experience of using automation or AI to streamline work.
- A self-starter who enjoys fixing inefficient processes.
- Strong communicator and collaborator across functions.
- Approaches work creatively, seeks innovative solutions and embraces learning.
