Hours: Minimum 48 hours per 4 weeks - part time/weekend and holiday availability essential

Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and providing customer WOW while preparing them for activity; fitting, removing and inspecting harnesses and protective equipment.
- Instructing and briefing customers on safety procedures and the safe way of experiencing activities – evaluating participant competence and safety at all times.
- Delivering the adventure, ensuring an amazing customer experience.
- Hosting schools and education groups, helping children take on new adventures and overcome fears.
- Monitoring and patrolling the course; ensuring all participants conduct themselves safely and assisting where necessary.
- Carrying out emergency drills in accordance with company directives and training.
- Ensuring all landing sites are maintained to the correct standard.
- Carrying out course checks and recording/reporting findings.
- Caring for equipment and facilities.
- Helping with any local marketing opportunities as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Cheerful disposition, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, even under pressure.
- Enthusiastic team player but ability to work under own initiative without supervision.
- High standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
- Safety conscious, respect for health and safety procedures.
- Attention to detail and ability to diligently follow procedures.
- Enthusiastic to work outdoors and have a good head for heights.
- Ability to travel to site – own transport may be required at remote sites with limited public transport.
- Physical fitness to perform duties (reasonable adjustments where required).
