The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
We are looking to recruit 1x full time (37.5 hpw) team member. The role is to provide high quality and efficient transactional HR services to the Trust and workforce, ensuring all transactions occur accurately, in a timely manner, in line with appropriate Trust Policies and Procedures. Delivering a professional service focused on achieving a high level of customer satisfaction by offering support and advice where required and ensuring KPIs are met.
The post holder will be responsible – along with a team of other Officers – for monitoring, managing and processing HR forms and pay queries using our online ticket management system (Halo ITSM). The work includes processing forms and responding to queries daily, taking a proactive approach to ensure that queries are resolved and HR forms are processed within the designated timeframes and SLAs.
