We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team in providing exceptional care to adults with physical disabilities and acquired brain injuries.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
  • Supervise and support junior staff members, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of residents' progress and any changes in their condition.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
  • Medication administration & associated record keeping.

Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Senior/Team Leader is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with residents and team members.
  • Familiarity with creating and managing support plans NVQ 3 or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Medication administration experience.

What we offer:

  • Week day pay of £14.50 per hour and £15.50 per hour on weekends.
  • Weekly pay on a Friday.
