We are a multi-award winning recruiter, currently looking for an experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to join an outstanding therapeutic home for 9 - 17 year olds in Ipswich. The home is for children who need to feel safe, have structure and be given the chance to thrive. This role is supported by a long - standing Regional Manager, established clinical team including Psychologist and Therapist aligned to the home. Responsible for leading and developing the team to strive for excellence in safeguarding, compliance and child-centred culture. There will also be responsibility for budgets and training. Suitable applicants will hold level 5 diploma in Leadership Children & Young People, or equivalent. Have vast experience of supporting children and young people affected by trauma. Experience of managing budgets and sound knowledge of children home regulations and The Children’s Act 1989.
