Our client is a small home that provides supported living services for up to 5 younger adults in Yeovil. The home has a 'Good' CQC rating and supports individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism & acquired brain injury.

Duties vary from providing exceptional person-centered support, assisting with personal care if required and encouraging individuals to be as independent as possible.
