We are a multi-award winning agency, currently seeking experienced care & support workers. Our client is a purpose built facility providing care & support to adults with physical disabilities and communication difficulties. The home has up to 20 residents and a 'Good' CQC rating.

Duties:
- Offering assistance with personal care, befriending and daily living.
- Maintaining care plans and ensuring a clean, safe working environment.
- Communicating effectively with residents, families and team members.
- Supporting and encouraging residents to pursue hobbies, interests and activities.
What we offer:
- Pay rates from £13.70 - £14.20 per hour (depending on shift).
