We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in providing exceptional care to adults with physical disabilities and mental health issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care.
  • Supervise and support junior staff members, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of residents' progress and any changes in their condition.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.

Experience:

  • At least 6 months UK care and support experience is essential.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with residents and team members.

Additional Information:

  • We cannot offer sponsorship for this role.
  • Immediate starts available.

What we offer:

  • Weekday pay of £13.70 per hour and £13.90 per hour on weekends.
  • Weekly pay on a Friday.
