We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in providing exceptional care to adults with physical disabilities and mental health issues.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care.
- Supervise and support junior staff members, fostering a positive team environment.
- Maintain accurate records of residents' progress and any changes in their condition.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
Experience:
- At least 6 months UK care and support experience is essential.

What we offer:
- Weekday pay of £13.70 per hour and £13.90 per hour on weekends.
