- Depot‑Based Lead Engineer (London, Various Locations)
- Development Lead Engineer (London, Various Locations)
What We Are Looking For:
- Senior Lead Engineer (London, Mobile)
- Mentor and support colleagues across depots
- Be the technical go‑to for complex engineering challenges
- Liaise with suppliers and external partners on development projects
- Play an active role in enhancing vehicle performance (mechanical and electrical)
- Travel across depots and build strong working relationships
- Provide hands‑on technical support at depot level
- Share knowledge and guide your engineering team
- Support development projects and continuous improvement
- Remain depot‑based while driving innovation and standards
- Take ownership of new technologies and engineering initiatives
- Receive advanced training with suppliers and external partners
- Mentor others and contribute to our future capabilities
- Have the ambition and drive to succeed and progress
