Go‑Ahead London is the capital’s largest bus operator, employing 8,000 people at 17 garages across South East, South West, North East and East London. An award‑winning company with a well‑regarded industry reputation, we have opened three new garages in the last five years and run a quarter of London’s iconic red bus network on behalf of Transport for London (TfL) using 2,450 vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Provide reliable and effective maintenance to ensure a dependable service that passengers can trust.
- Work collaboratively within a team while remaining forward‑looking, flexible and adaptable to changing business demands.
- Support the delivery of a London that enables every journey to be taken care of.
Qualifications
- Qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) with experience on HGV or PCV vehicles.
- Current PCV licence required; if not held, training will be provided and the successful candidate will be required to work early/late shifts, 38 hours a week, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
