Every day, our services are judged by the quality and reliability of what we deliver on the road — and our Performance team plays a vital role in ensuring we meet and exceed Transport for London’s standards.

We are now seeking a highly organised and proactive OCC Administrator to join our Stockwell-based team. This is a key support role where you’ll provide administrative expertise to managers and supervisors, ensuring that operational performance is maintained to the highest level.

What you’ll be doing

  • Preparing and maintaining staff rotas, processing hours worked
  • Arranging TSG bookings and coordinating resources
  • Responding to public complaints with professionalism and accuracy
  • Taking minutes at meetings and preparing correspondence
  • Handling telephone calls and internal/external enquiries
  • Collating statistics, maintaining records, and producing regular reports
  • Creating and proofing letters and other documentation
  • Supporting with filing, archiving, and other administrative tasks
  • Liaising confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Carrying out additional ad hoc duties as required

About you

  • We’re looking for someone who thrives on responsibility and can deliver high-quality work under pressure.
  • You’ll need to be organised and detail-focused, able to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.
  • An effective communicator, both in writing and verbally.
  • Confident with IT systems, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel (experience with Freeway is an advantage).
  • Equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
  • Flexible in your approach to working hours, with occasional weekend cover required.
