Go-Ahead London is the capital's largest bus operator, employing 8,000 people across 17 garages, mainly in South East, South West, North East and East London. An awardâwinning company with a wellâregarded industry reputation, it has opened three new garages in the last five years and runs a quarter of London's iconic red bus network on behalf of Transport for London (TfL) with 2,450 vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a 'can do' individual who is open and approachable, happy and comfortable working with a team, and able to be forward looking and adaptable to changing business demands.
- Ideally qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and have experience working on HGV or PCV vehicles.
- Applicants must hold a PCV licence. If not, training will be provided, and the successful candidate must work early/late shifts 7 days a week (38 hours per week), including weekends and bank holidays.
Qualifications:
- Rate of pay: ÂŁ962.48 per week (GS20).
- Benefits: pension scheme, 20 days holiday, travel pass for London Buses and London Underground.
