We’re looking for professional and customer‑focused Bus Drivers (PCV holders) to join our team. We offer permanent roles with great pay, benefits, and opportunities to grow your career in transport.
Please note: As services run 7 days a week, 364 days a year, your shifts will include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Compensation
Earn between £15.94‑£21.80p/h basic rate and £16.63‑£31.23p/h for overtime. Pay is dependent on experience and location. New pay rates apply across all locations.

Responsibilities
- Safely and professionally transport passengers
- Answer customer questions and give travel updates
- Make clear announcements using the onboard PA system
- Check your vehicle is road‑ready before each shift
- Keep to the timetable and route schedule
- Follow company policies and TfL standards
Qualifications
- Valid UK PCV licence (Category D)
- No more than 6 penalty points
- Able to pass a DVLA medical and have the right to live/work in the UK
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- The legal right to live and work in the UK
- We cannot employ anyone with a tachograph card. Before we offer employment, you must surrender your tachograph card.
- 6 months recent bus driving experience, preferably in London
