What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing and maintaining staff rotas, processing hours worked
  • Arranging TSG bookings and coordinating resources
  • Responding to public complaints with professionalism and accuracy
  • Taking minutes at meetings and preparing correspondence
  • Handling telephone calls and internal/external enquiries
  • Collating statistics, maintaining records, and producing regular reports
  • Creating and proofing letters and other documentation
  • Supporting with filing, archiving, and other administrative tasks
  • Liaising confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Carrying out additional ad hoc duties as required

About You

  • Organised and detail-focused, able to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines
  • An effective communicator, both in writing and verbally
  • Confident with IT systems, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel (experience with Freeway is an advantage)
  • Equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team
  • Flexible in your approach to working hours, with occasional weekend cover required
