Current Vacancies: Camberwell – 35 hours per week – 18:30-02:30.

About the Role

We’re looking for dedicated and reliable Fuellers to join our Asset Presentation team. Your work ensures every bus is correctly fuelled, charged, and prepared before entering service. This is a physically active role and will involve working shifts, including evenings and weekends.

What You’ll Do

  • Refuel buses safely and efficiently
  • Plug in and charge electric buses following correct procedures
  • Carry out basic external cleaning tasks where needed
  • Use approved equipment safely and effectively
  • Follow all Health & Safety guidelines, including correct PPE use and fuel handling
  • Work to set schedules to ensure buses are ready for service on time
  • Report any defects, damage, or safety concerns immediately
  • Record fuelling and charging activities using our audit and workforce management systems
  • Support environmental initiatives through correct waste disposal and recycling
  • Follow all garage Health & Safety practices

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous fuelling or vehicle preparation experience (transport or industrial environments desirable)
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work shifts
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
  • Good level of physical fitness
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with supervisors, engineers, and shunters
  • Willingness to undertake additional duties as required
