- Responding promptly to CCTV requests, prioritising appropriately based on risk and urgency.
- Ensuring all CCTV requests comply with GDPR and are authorised and justified.
- Identifying, reporting and following up faults on CCTV and wireless systems (LANLink).
- Monitoring CCTV equipment warranties and ensuring repairs are completed where applicable.
- Providing sickness and holiday cover within the CCTV team rota.
- Travelling to other garages as required to support maintenance and downloads.
This role would suit a colleague who understands garage operations and is looking to move into a more technical or analytical role while still supporting frontline service delivery. You will:

- Ideally have experience or awareness of Go-Ahead London’s CCTV systems.
- Be organised, methodical and able to manage your workload independently.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Remain calm, professional and positive when working under pressure.
- Be flexible and willing to work early, late, night shifts and weekends.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
This is a great opportunity to:
- Develop specialist skills in CCTV systems, compliance and investigation support.
- Move into a structured, professional back-office role while remaining operationally connected.
- Gain experience working with GDPR, police requests and incident management.
- Be part of a central team that supports garages across the business.
