Join Go-Ahead London as an Area Performance Manager!
Location: Stockwell OCC
Salary: £61,969
Contract: Full-time, Shift-based (including weekends & evenings)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing iBus Controllers to manage service reliability and reduce delays, bunching, and early running.
- Monitoring and analysing real-time performance data, taking decisive action to maintain high operational standards.
- Responding to emergencies and incidents, coordinating effective resolutions to keep London moving.
- Collaborating with engineering and garage teams to minimise service disruption caused by vehicle issues.
- Coaching and mentoring iBus Controllers to ensure continuous improvement and professional development.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong operational leadership experience of at least 3 years if applying as external candidate, or 2 years within the OCC if applying as internal candidate.
- Operational Expertise in a transport control centre, network management, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Data-Driven Mindset to analyse performance trends and implement improvements.
- Adaptability to work shifts including weekends, evenings, and nights as part of a regular schedule.
- Excellent Communication in liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth service operations.
