We are building a new electrical utility division. The accreditation platform is in place and the financial backing is committed. We need the person who can turn that into a self-sustaining commercial operation.
This is a senior leadership hire. You will take the division from zero revenue to a functioning operation: winning the first contracts through your personal network and industry credibility, building the delivery team, and owning the P&L.
We are looking for 10+ years in UK electrical utility operations (DNO, ICP, or large-scale industrial), a proven track record of winning and delivering HV infrastructure projects, and an established industry network. You must be comfortable being hands-on in the early months while building the team around you.
Competitive base salary. Uncapped bonus tied to division performance. Company car or allowance.
