Base pay range
We\’re excited to connect with a skilled and motivated Digital Ad Operations Junior Manager ready to drive innovative advertising solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading global entertainment company based in London. This role is offered on an initial 12-month contract, paying £169.90 per day (PAYE) or an option to go Umbrella at £230.60 per day.
As a Digital Ad Operations Junior Manager, you\’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the digital sales team to deliver cutting-edge ad solutions for global advertisers. Working within a vibrant Digital Ad Operations team, you\’ll ensure seamless campaign execution and ad server performance in a competitive streaming environment. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy, results-driven professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of direct sales campaigns, collaborating closely with sales and planning teams to meet client expectations.
- Manage YouTube campaign setup, delivery, and reporting, partnering with the Social Strategy team to ensure accuracy and impact.
- Optimize digital inventory to support media planning and accurate forecasting for upcoming campaigns.
- Maintain and enhance ad servers (e.g., FreeWheel, Google Ad Manager) and fulfillment technologies, ensuring reliable performance.
- Work with Programmatic and Data teams to provide technical support, maintain partner integrations, and deliver detailed reporting.
- Align campaign pricing and prioritization with company objectives to maximize revenue and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in ad serving technologies such as Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, or Teads.
- Strong understanding of advertising tags, macros, and decisioning logic for seamless campaign execution.
- Experience implementing and testing third-party advertising technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Strong organizational skills, with a track record of building and maintaining clear documentation and processes.
- Performance-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results and maintaining a strong professional reputation.
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
