Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee our two children’s homes in Liverpool. This role allows for dual or solo registration, and we seek a candidate with a strong background in children's services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the children’s home(s).
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards.
  • Lead and develop staff teams to provide high-quality care.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and external agencies.
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and welfare of all children in our care.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in children’s residential care.
  • Must have previous experience with Ofsted registration.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
