The Role:
You will join as a Trainee Consultant, where you will be given step by step training on how to run and manage your own candidate and client portfolio. You will begin as a Resourcer where you will be responsible for managing the candidate process, before moving onto the client side of recruitment, and establishing yourself as a full 360 recruiter.
The Requirements:
- Good academics - 2:2 or above from University OR commercial experience
- Strong work ethic shown by work experience, internships and extra-curricular activity
- Competitive nature - sporting background is ideal but not necessary
- Ambitious and driven
- Money motivated and the desire to be the best
- Strong communication skills and the ability to converse with people at all levels
- Commercially minded
