They have quickly grown from a small family firm into a bustling Cyber and Information Security recruitment specialist business covering the UK, Europe & US. They are currently looking for a hard-working, ambitious, and highly organised Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the team, focusing on building a market within this very high growth sector. They have recently moved to new state-of-the-art offices and are embarking on a rapid expansion strategy to continue the growth of their highly successful business.
This role will be focused predominantly on a 360 recruitment model. You will be offered full training and development from their experienced management team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting new clients that have requirements for Cyber & Information Security staff within the UK & Europe. Then sourcing the ideal candidates through a mixture of advertising, headhunting, and using their highly developed candidate database.

The Role:
- Build, nurture and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates in the legal industry, ranging from boutique law firms to international practices.
- Source and headhunt top-tier legal talent through various channels, including networking, job boards, and social media.
- Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salaries, and hiring strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in the legal sector to better understand client needs and candidate aspirations.
The Requirements:
- Good academics - 2:2 or above from University OR commercial experience.
- Strong work ethic shown by work experience, internships, and extra-curricular activity.
- Competitive nature - sporting background is ideal but not necessary.
- Ambitious and driven.
- Money motivated and the desire to be the best.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to converse with people at all levels.
- Commercially minded.
