- Graduates from 2024 or individuals with up to 12 months of experience in sales or business development (experience is a plus, but not essential!).

What You’ll Be Doing:
- As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will have full ownership of the recruitment process, including:
- Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the tech industry. Negotiate contracts, pitch our services, and provide insights into market trends.
- Candidate Engagement: Build a network of senior tech executives and help them find their next career opportunity. Utilize tools like CRM, LinkedIn, Job Boards, and more to source top talent.
- Account Management: Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs, guide candidates through the interview process, and ensure a smooth, successful experience for both sides.
