• Communicate with your clients to understand their hiring needs and what sort of person they are specifically looking for.
• Utilise internal & personal networks, job boards and LinkedIn to attract the right talent for the right vacancy.
• Interview suitable candidates to further shortlist the best talent.
• Present the most talented and suitable candidates to your client (e.g. Revolut) and coach them through the interview process.
• Negotiate salary and fee terms.
• Seek to bring on new clients and help their business grow by finding exceptional talent to join their team.
